At Banior, we focus on delivering premium-quality mobile accessories with reliable quality control and secure packaging. This Refund & Returns Policy is designed to provide a fair resolution process while protecting product integrity and preventing misuse.


Return & Refund Eligibility

Customers may request a return or refund within 5 days of product delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned below. Requests raised after this period will not be considered.


Conditions for Return or Refund Approval

To be eligible for a return or refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition
  • The product must be returned in original, intact packaging with all accessories, manuals, tags, and labels
  • Original purchase invoice/bill is mandatory for any return or refund request
  • A valid unboxing video may be required for verification purposes

Banior reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any return or refund.


Non‑Returnable & Non‑Refundable Cases

Return or refund requests will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Physically damaged products, broken items, or products showing signs of mishandling
  • Damaged, torn, missing, or altered packaging
  • Products damaged due to misuse, liquid exposure, voltage fluctuation, or use of incompatible/third‑party accessories
  • Normal wear and tear after use
  • Incorrect product selection, model mismatch, or compatibility issues
  • Requests submitted without the original invoice/bill
  • Products returned in incomplete condition or with missing accessories
  • Discounted, clearance, or promotional items (unless explicitly stated otherwise)

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed only after successful inspection and approval by the Banior quality team
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase
  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days, depending on the payment gateway or bank
  • Shipping, handling, and COD charges (if any) are non‑refundable

Replacement Policy (If Applicable)

In rare cases where a replacement is approved instead of a refund, the replacement will be shipped only after verification and approval. Replacement eligibility is subject to product availability.


Policy Rights & Final Decision

Banior reserves the right to approve or reject any return, refund, or replacement request after internal inspection. All decisions made by Banior shall be final and binding.
